Swedish Pancakes

  1. 5-deciliter wheat flour
  2. 1-teaspoon salt
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1-liter milk
  5. Half a table-spoon of butter

Mix the salt with the flour in a big bowl. Mix the eggs with the milk and half a tablespoon of melted butter. Stir it together with the salt and flour. Put some butter in a hot frying pan and then some of the mixture. When one side of the pancake is done, flip it over and fry the other side.

Serve it with jam or sweet fruit and if you want, some whipped cream.
